Early Career
Dr. Dhananjay Chavan’s journey began far from the conveniences of a bustling metropolis. Hailing from Koparde, a small village in Maharashtra, he distinguished himself early on as a bright student. In 1981, his hard work paid off when he earned a coveted spot to pursue MBBS. After four years of intense study, research, and dedication, he graduated with a specialization in dermatology. He then completed his MD at BJ Medical College, Pune, and embarked on a mission to serve the community and become a leading dermatologist.
Dr. Chavan’s career began as a consulting dermatologist at a private hospital in Karad. Although successful, he felt unfulfilled and wanted to make a larger impact. Driven by this ambition, he founded Clear Skin and HairMD, which quickly grew into a reputable center for skin and hair care. Today, Clear Skin and HairMD have reached remarkable heights, treating patients with personalized, effective solutions for various skin and hair concerns. Their empathetic approach has earned the trust of countless patients in India and beyond.
