Conclusion

While Cosamin, a supplement used for joint health, is linked to some side effects, hair loss is a rare and largely age-related concern. It’s important to consult a doctor if you notice hair thinning while using Cosamin, as other factors may be contributing. With proper care, including a balanced diet and good hair practices, hair loss can sometimes be managed or reversed. For severe cases, seeking professional advice is essential to prevent long-term damage.

In case of severe hair fall that might lead to hair loss, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist to contain the condition as quickly as possible. Hair loss can cause a lack of confidence and self-esteem, as many believe that the beauty secret of a person lies in the hair.
